Royal Fats is a term coined by Cinderella Solution to refer to the best fat sources that amplify fat loss and shape up the hormones that control our appetite. It seems contradictory that fats are being used as a way to eliminate body fat, but they are actually good fats. As long as the portions are not excessive, then fat loss will work.

Royal Fats in the Ignite Phase
Royal fats play a key role on both phases of the Cinderella Solution diet program. In the first phase (Ignite Phase), you'll need to consume a lot of them during breakfast and dinner. This is to encourage the body to use fat as an energy source. Normally, it's glucose that powers our body, and we get it from the sugars that we consume. Too much sugar, however, will result in an over supply. As we all know, anything that's excessive is not good and may result to obesity or other ailments.
Royal Fats in the Launch Phase
In the second phase (Launch Phase), consumption of royal fats is decreased to make way for carbs. A lower amount of royal fats is eaten during lunch and dinner. As the body becomes more and more used to using fat as fuel, carbs and proteins take over to keep up with the enhanced metabolism brought about by the Ignite Phase.
